Stephanie Caldow is a high-performance coach, author and successful entrepreneur.
In her late teens, Stephanie suffered from chronic pain (due to a congenital disorder) and challenges with her mental health. Determined to overcome these physical and mental challenges, she began a quest to learn how brain neuroplasticity and self-mastery can positively impact our overall life experience.
Stephanie has spent 20 years dedicated to studying neuroscience, positive psychology, behavioural science, philosophy, leadership and performance.
As a result, she has hiked mountains on six continents (including Mt Everest base camp), ran the Great Wall of China Marathon and camped in the Artic Circle.
Think Collective was born from the desire to share her learnings, and to help others appreciate that the challenges we face can be seen as a pathway to growth, rather than an excuse not to live an extraordinary life.
