When Does the Program Start?

As a self-study program, you are able to complete it in the comfort and convenience of your own home, AND in a time frame that suits you.   Having said that, we realise that life can get in the way when we don’t commit to an end date. We suggest that after you enrol, you join our Private Facebook Community, and you state a date that you are committed to completing the program by. Your like-minded peers will also inspire you are you all share your challenges and celebrations!  

What Happens After I Sign Up? 

You will receive a ‘Welcome Email’ outlining next steps, and how to log-in to your course library. 

How Long Do I Have Access To The Program?

You have LIFETIME ACCESS to the program, so even after our time together is finished you can go back and review modules as often as you like.   

I’m Pretty Time Poor, How Much Time Will I Need To Devote To This Program?  

The total program has three hours of video’s plus exercises. We suggest that you don’t binge your way through. You will get the most out of the program if you take your time and complete the tasks as requested.   If you’re limited for time, commit to one hour per week, that should see you complete the program within 6-8 weeks (depending on how deep you go into the exercises).  If you think that one hour is too much; let’s say that anything is possible and you could create the time to complete the work, how would you go about that?
